FORMULASI DAN EVALUASI SEDIAAN TABLET HISAP DARI EKSTRAK ETANOL BIJI KOPI ARABIKA (Coffea arabica L.) JAVA PREANGER SEBAGAI ANTIOKSIDAN

Arabica coffee (Coffea arabica L.) Java Preanger is the best from West which better known internationally as Preanger. One of secondary metabolites found in beans and efficacious an antioxidant chlorogenic acid. Lozenges were made by wet granulation method with various concentrations extract 5%, 10% 15%. The resulting preparation was then evaluated for its physical activity. Physical evaluation includes organoleptic tests, weight uniformity, size hardness, friability, frictionibility disintegration time. Meanwhile, activity test carried out using ABTS method. Based on results evaluation, formulation that meets requirements formula 3 (F3) a bean concentration 15% has highest IC50 value 27.915 ppm.
